Gardening is educational and helps children develop new skills while having fun.
They learn to be responsible by taking care of a plant and understanding the circle of
a plant’s life. Their self confidence is improving from achieving their goals and
enjoying the food they have grown by themselves. In addition they have the chance
to learn about the outdoor environment in a safe and pleasant place while doing
something fun and productive with each other. During our gardening we will plant
together seeds and vegetables and we will have our olive oil tasting by making our
own fresh greek salad.
